If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask for at least 48 hours notice so I can offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are generally non-refundable, though I'll always try to be reasonable if something unexpected comes up. If I ever need to cancel on my side, I'll let you know as soon as possible and arrange a full refund or an alternative time.
